O’Dowd announces £400,000 road improvement scheme for Loughinisland Road, Loughinisland Infrastructure Minister John O’Dowd has announced that a £400,000 carriageway resurfacing scheme on C278 Loughinisland Road, Loughinisland will commence on Monday 22 July 2024.
